In IDT 7070 We focused on applying the instructional design process to create an online self-paced module to address a learning need. I based my project on teaching instructors how to use template in Desire to Learn's Brightspace environment to create consistent, beautiful pages.

As part of the process I submitted documentation that included analysis of the need and target audience, identification of the instructional goals, assessment strategies and examples as well as supporting documentation.

In the end I created a self-paced training using Microsoft PowerPoint (a requirement of the course). The training Incorporated using a master slide to facilitate navigation and consistency. Assessments were built in to check for understanding and provide feedback on the users responses.
