Instructional Design Model Resource

Instructional designers use models to guide them though the process of developing instruction. There are dozens of models to select from. As a class assignment, I was to select a model, write a paper about it and create a 5-8 minute video describing the model.

Since I am new to Instructional Design I wanted to select a model that was a classic, core to Instructional Design. I selected the Dick and Carey model. It has a long history of use across many environments.
